IS COUNTING HEADS
Now hiring · on Solana
Every holder is a builder.
$BUILD is a building site, and the holders are the crew. Every time the crew grows by another 100 holders, the site hires: creator fees buy $BUILD back and burn it, and the new hire walks onto the site.

01 Site rules
One rule, posted at the gate
A bot runs it from a public treasury wallet, around the clock. Every step is a public transaction, and every hire goes on the roster.
-
1
Headcount
Every 5 minutes the foreman counts the holders: wallets with at least 1 $BUILD. The bonding curve, the pool and the treasury don't count.
-
2
Every hundred hires
The first time the count reaches a new hundred (100, 200, 300…), the site hires. Each hundred hires once, even if holders dip and come back.
-
3
First paycheck
Payroll claims the creator fees and market-buys up to 1 SOL of $BUILD, or whatever the pot holds above a 0.02 SOL gas reserve if that's less.
-
4
Into the furnace
Every token bought is burned with the SPL burn instruction, in the same transaction where it can be. Supply goes down; nothing is parked in a dead wallet.
-
5
Payday
24 hours without a buyback? Then it's payday anyway: everything in the pot above the reserve buys back and burns, so fees never sit idle.
-
6
On the roster
Every hire and payday is listed below with its transaction. Under 0.01 SOL a hire is logged unpaid and the fees roll over to the next one.
02 The crew
Six on site from day one
Each of them is one step of the rule. Everyone after them is a hire: one new builder per hundred holders, walking in through the gate.
03 Clock in
Make your builder
Pick a hat, a vest and a tool, then clock in: your builder walks through the gate and gets to work on the site up top. Saved in this browser only.
04 The roster
Every hire, with receipts
One line per buyback, newest first: the hire, the SOL it spent, the $BUILD it burned and the transaction on Solscan. The total up top is this list added up.
Hiring starts at launch.
The first hire comes at 100 holders. From then on every hire and payday lands here: the time, the SOL, the $BUILD burned and the transaction.
05 Site induction
Four steps to the crew
- 1
Get a wallet
Install Phantom or Solflare. Write the recovery phrase on paper and never share it with anyone.
- 2
Add SOL
Buy SOL in the wallet, or send it from an exchange to your wallet address.
- 3
Open pump.fun
Go to pump.fun and connect the wallet. Check the address bar: pump.fun, nothing else.
- 4
Paste the CA
Search for the contract address below, only this one, choose an amount and buy. Welcome to the crew.

06 Questions
Asked at the site office
How is the headcount taken?
Every 5 minutes the bot reads the token accounts of the $BUILD mint and counts the wallets holding at least 1 $BUILD, leaving out the pump.fun bonding curve, the PumpSwap pool and the treasury. You can check the holder count yourself on Solscan or pump.fun; explorers round a little differently, so a hire can land a few minutes before or after the number you see.
What pays for the hires?
Only creator fees, the share of every trade that pump.fun pays to a coin's creator. At the time of writing that is 0.30% of volume on the bonding curve, and on PumpSwap after graduation between 0.95% and 0.05% depending on market cap. Fees are claimed, not pushed, so payroll claims them before each buyback. No team tokens are sold to pay for anything.
What if holders drop?
Nothing is undone and nothing fires twice. Each hundred hires once: if the count falls from 520 to 470 and climbs back past 500, there is no second hire at 500; the next one comes at 600. And if 24 hours pass without a buyback, payday spends the pot anyway.
Can someone fake holders to trigger a hire?
They could spread tokens over lots of fresh wallets, but it buys them nothing: a hire only spends what the pot already holds, up to 1 SOL. An early hire just means a smaller buyback a little sooner. Whatever is left waits for the next hire or for payday.
Is the burn real?
Bought tokens are destroyed with the SPL token burn instruction, so the total supply on-chain goes down. Nothing is sent to a dead wallet. "Burned by hires" adds up the roster, and the on-chain supply under it is read live from Solana, so you can check one against the other.
What is the builder I make in Clock in?
A drawing that lives in your browser and walks around the site up top. It is not a token, not an NFT and not on-chain, and nobody else sees it unless you save the badge and share it. Holding $BUILD is what puts you on the real headcount.
Is this financial advice?
No. It's a memecoin about a building site that will never be finished. It can go to zero. Only buy what you're fine watching get knocked down.
